Belco’s field of membership consists of persons who live, work, worship, attend school, or volunteer, as well as businesses and other legal entities, in the counties of: Adams, Cumberland (including the entire Borough of Shippensburg), Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York, Pennsylvania. In addition, employees and/or volunteers of Valued Business Partners (formerly Select Employee Groups), and organizations and associations approved in our charter, persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from our Valued Business Partners, corporate or other legal entities in our charter, and members of their immediate family or household may become members. Membership eligibility is extended to those who are members of an immediate family of a Belco member.
