Need to Dispute a Card Transaction?
To dispute a Belco credit card, debit card, or non-Belco ATM transaction:
- Please attempt to contact the merchant first, as most billing errors can be resolved this way.
- If the merchant is unwilling/unable to correct the transaction or if you do not recognize the charge(s), please continue.
- Please note: Pending charges cannot be disputed until they post to your account.

- For merchant disputes, gather documentation (receipts, proof of return, copies of merchant communication)
- Please make note of your dispute case number, should you need to call back for updates.
