We are pleased to announce our 2023 Holiday Card Decorating Contest for both members and employee’s children.
We will select one holiday card featuring member artwork and one that features a staff child’s artwork. Below are the contest rules and artwork. It can be printed in black and white or color.
The Card Coloring Contest is open to all youth members, age 18 and younger. Only one entry per child (member) will be accepted.
The Contest ends August 25, 2023, at 5:00pm and the winners will be announced on October 6, 2023.
Belco Community Credit Union Holiday Card Coloring Contest Official Rules
Belco Community Credit Union is hosting a coloring contest. The winning submission artwork will appear on our Holiday card.
Eligibility: Belco Community Credit Union Holiday Card Coloring Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all youth members, age 18 and younger. Only one entry per child (member) will be accepted. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
Timing: The Contest begins on August 11, 2023, at 8:30am EST and ends August 25, 2023, at 5:00pm EST. No forms will be accepted after the deadline of August 25, 2023, at 5:00pm EST.
How to Enter:
- The parent/guardian of the youth should download the Holiday Card Contest form from the Belco Credit Union
website, and print it, have the youth member color it. Forms must be completed using colored pencils, pens, or crayons. - Submit one of two ways: (1) Deliver it to one of the Belco Community Credit Union branches or (2) mail to: Belco Community Credit Union, Attn: Marketing, 449 Eisenhower Blvd. Harrisburg, PA 17111.
- Ensure the youth member’s first name only, age, and the name of the parent/guardian and a phone number for
the parent/guardian are listed on the front of the Holiday Card Contest Form so they can be notified should they win.
All submissions must be made through the use of the Holiday Card Contest Form. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be disqualified. Belco Community Credit Union assumes no responsibility for submissions. Selected submissions are used on a non-exclusive basis. Belco Community Credit Union is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries. All decisions of Belco Community Credit Union regarding this holiday card contest are final.
Terms of Use: The parent/guardian and the child agree on behalf of their child to that submission of Holiday Card Contest Form(s) grants Belco Community Credit Union permission to use the submission(s) in marketing materials without additional compensation. These may be posted on social media channels and/or promotional materials.
Winner Determination: All eligible entries will be judged based on creativity and chosen by Belco Community Credit Union. The chosen artwork will be selected to appear on the cover of the 2023 Belco Community Credit Union holiday card. The winner will be selected by October 6, 2023. The winning submission will be notified by phone on October 9, 2023. The holiday card will be distributed by the Belco team from November 2023 until January 2024. Belco Community Credit Union reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a submitted Holiday Card Contest Form is acceptable. Artwork containing provocative, violent, culturally, or socially insensitive material will not be accepted. Artwork that is discriminatory in any way will be disqualified. Copyrighted/trademarked artwork will be disqualified. Photocopies, scans, or other recreations of forms will be disqualified from consideration. Belco Community Credit Union is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
