“I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to your excellent employee, Dana Battistini, at your Allentown Blvd location in Harrisburg, PA. I was scammed and went to Belco for assistance. They recommended I stop payment on my check but also informed me that the scammers would have my account information since I mailed them a check. I decided to close my account and open a new one for my protection and also Belco’s liabilities. Dana assisted me with closing and reopening a new account. It was no easy talk since I had bills pending payment and an outstanding check. She checked off all the scenarios and waited to close my account until everything that was outstanding was paid.
