1Travel Notices:
To help ensure uninterrupted access to your account while traveling, we recommend notifying us of your travel plans. This allows us to monitor for unusual activity and reduce the risk of declined transactions due to suspected fraud.

Please note: Even with a travel notice on file, some transactions may still be declined if they are considered high-risk or suspicious. In such cases, you may be contacted by our fraud prevention team for verification.

2Card Replacements:
Replacement cards typically arrive via mail within 7–10 business days. You can order your card in our mobile application. Please note once your replacement card is ordered, your old card will be deactivated. If you need a card sooner than 7-10 business days, please visit your local branch for an instant issue.

3Card Controls & Card Alerts:
Card controls are managed using Merchant Category Codes (MCCs), which classify merchants based on their primary business activity. However, these codes may not always accurately reflect the specific products or services offered at a location. For instance, a coffee shop operating within a bookstore may be categorized under “bookstore” rather than “restaurant.”

As a result, transactions may occasionally be approved even when certain MCC categories are blocked, due to discrepancies between the merchant’s classification and the expected category. Members should be aware that MCC-based controls are not always precise and may allow some unintended transactions.
