BELCO EMPLOYEES GRADUATE FROM JUDGE/BRADLEY LEADERSHIP SCHOOL

Harrisburg, PA (August 19, 2019) Three Belco employees graduated from Judge/Bradley Leadership School on Thursday, August 15 at Penn State University in State College, PA. Holly Rubinic, Jay Reyes and April Link attended the program for two years and graduated with enhanced leadership skills, ideas to improve the credit union and a new network of peers.

Judge/Bradley Leadership School provides students with an opportunity to gain leadership skills and move their career forward in a fun, collaborative environment. Students learn from Penn State Corporate Learning instructors and from credit union peers and colleagues. The school has been part of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association’s education curriculum since 1955 and has evolved into a learning experience tailored for future credit union leaders through a combination of classroom learning and team building.
