Terry Hessler, Incumbent
Terry Hessler has been a Belco member since 1984, and originally worked for Bell Atlanticom for 35 year as a phone system technician but was recently laid off, allowing him to focus on his position at Belco. He served as a Belco volunteer for 18+ years, originally serving on the Supervisory Committee and then elected to the Board of Directors. He has been elected as Chairman of the Board. He volunteers at his local church, serving as an usher for 20 years and is a team core member of his church’s local men’s group every week for the past 6 years.
Jeffrey L. Sterner
Jeffrey Sterner is the President/CEO of High Industries, based in Lancaster, where he has been employed in various leadership roles since 1997. In his current role, Mr. Sterner is responsible for seven operating business units; High Steel Structures, High Concrete Group, High Steel Service Center, High Construction Company, High Structural Erectors, High Transit and Greenfield Architects.
Mr. Sterner’s relationship with Belco began in 1990 when he moved to Central Pennsylvania to open a regional office for the Norwood Company. In that role, he established a membership with Belco to make available to employees of Norwood, and he became a member himself.
Christine Titih is the founder and President of Oaks of Central PA, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit whose mission is to empower, promote and advocate for the African immigrant and refugee community in the Greater Harrisburg area. She is also the CEO of CT Home Care Services, which provides home and community-based services to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Christine holds an MBA in International Business from Point Park University, Pittsburgh PA. She lives in Camp Hill, PA, with her daughter and mother.
William F. O’Donnell, Incumbent
Bill resides with his family in suburban Harrisburg. He attended Elizabethtown College and PSU-Harrisburg. He is a United States Army Vietnam-era veteran. Bill has 40 years of administrative experience, culminating as a Risk Management Consultant in the insurance industry supporting Pennsylvania Public Schools. He is a retired PIAA and NCAA college basketball official and has coached Little League Baseball. He has served on the Harrisburg Area YMCA Board of Directors and Belco’s Supervisory Committee. Current Belco Board service tenure includes being elected by his fellow board members to serve in the leadership positions of Board Chair and Vice Chair.
