Belco's Online Banking

Limited Branch Access Begins Tuesday, January 18, 2022

As we navigate the latest increase in COVID transmission throughout our communities, the Belco leadership team continues to balance the desire to protect the health and well-being of our members and employees, while also providing excellent member service.

In light of the recent rise in cases within our market area, Belco branch lobby access will be limited to employees and members with appointments ONLY, effective Tuesday, January 18, 2022. We are hopeful these changes will be temporary, and we can resume normal operations as soon as possible.

Drive-thru service will not be affected and will remain open during regular hours. Night deposit boxes and ATMs/ITMs also remain available to members.

Our UPMC Harrisburg location (in Brady Hall) will remain open for member transactions only, and only for hospital employees with access to Brady Building. All  loan closings and complex service appointments will be scheduled at another branch location.

Big Spring HS branch members, please schedule an appointment or use the drive-thru at the Big Spring branch located at 5 Carlisle Rd., Newville.

If you require a branch appointment, please call our Member Service Center at 800.642.4482. You may also contact us via email at information@belco.org, or through the Message Center in online/mobile banking.

Mask wearing is recommended for all members when visiting a branch. Additionally, if you are not feeling well, we ask that you refrain from entering our lobbies. Remember, our online and mobile options are available 24/7. With the Money Manager app, members are able to deposit checks, transfer funds and monitor account activity right from a mobile device.

As we adjust our branch operations, we will continue to update our members with additional information.

We thank you for believing in Belco and look forward to serving you safely.
