APRIL 3, 2020 UPDATE:
In response to Governor Wolf“s statewide stay at home order and to further encourage social distancing, we are adjusting our branch drive-thru hours effective Monday, April 6, 2020.
Drive-thru service will be available Monday through Thursday from 10am to 3pm, Friday from 10am to 4pm, and Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
Night deposit drops and ATMs will continue to be available 24/7. Members are also encouraged to utilize our online, mobile and telephone banking options.
Please note that our Lebanon and Pinnacle branches remain closed, since they are not equipped with drive-thru facilities. The ATM at Pinnacle remains open.
MARCH 30, 2020 UPDATE:
On Friday, 3/27, the CARES Act was signed into law. The CARES Act focuses on assisting small businesses with emergency grants and a forgivable loan program for companies with 500 or fewer employees. It is our understanding that the legislation does not provide direct relief to real estate investments with commercial or residential tenants. However, real estate investors with commercial tenants may direct their corporate tenants to apply for relief loans when available. Within 15 days of when the bill was enacted, the Treasury and Small Business Administration will provide guidance on how businesses can obtain these loans and the procedures for financial institutions to disburse the loans. At this time, the loans and grants created in the CARES Act are unavailable through the credit union but we are closely monitoring developments as they occur and will provide updates when these programs become available.
MARCH 17, 2020 UPDATE:
All in-person meetings that were scheduled at our branches or Operations Center are being rescheduled, or changed to virtual meetings in an effort to adhere to the social distancing guidelines that have been provided.
The health & safety of our workforce and our communities remains our top priority. We continue to monitor information as it becomes available from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Pa State Department of Health and will provide updates accordingly.
We appreciate the patience and understanding that our members and communities continue to show during these these unprecedented times.

MARCH 14, 2020 UPDATE:
As you probably know, PA Gov. Tom Wolf yesterday ordered the closure of all schools for two weeks, as confirmed cases of COVID-19 continue to rise in the state.
At Belco, we are doing our part to slow the spread of the coronavirus by CLOSING OUR BRANCH LOBBIES, effective Monday, March 16. We will continue to serve our members through the drive-thru lanes (regular drive-thru hours will be in effect), the night deposit drop, and ATMs. Please note that our Lebanon and UPMC Pinnacle branches will be CLOSED during this time, since they are not equipped with drive-thru facilities. The ATM at the UPMC Pinnacle location will remain open.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our members, but feel strongly that this proactive step is necessary to protect the health and well-being of our members, employees and communities. As a reminder, you can manage your finances from anywhere 24/7 through our online, mobile and telephone banking options. Using these tools, you are able to complete most routine transactions, including checking balances, account transfers, paying bills, and depositing checks. Member service representatives will also be available by phone for any issues that require their assistance. You can reach us during normal business hours at 800.642.4482.

March 13, 2020 UPDATE:
At Belco, the health and well-being of our members, employees and the communities we serve are of the utmost importance. As the coronavirus continues to spread, Belco continues to monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. We’re taking the necessary proactive steps to ensure the continued health and safety of our employees so that we can continue to serve our members. We have heightened measures to educate employees on best health practices, are providing a clean workplace, and are asking anyone with cold or flu like symptoms to stay home. We will continue to evaluate additional measures as needed.
We are open for business and evaluating our options on an ongoing basis. We will begin limiting branch lobby hours. As a reminder you can manage your finances with 24/7 account access from home using online banking or the automated phone teller option “Belle”. Our mobile banking is available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. With these tools, you can do most transactions from checking balances to making transfers to paying bills. Using the mobile application, you can even deposit a check using your smart phone and taking a picture.
