1Enrolled Belco Rewards members with accounts in good standing will earn an additional 1 point per $1 in net spend on qualifying home improvement purchases that post to their Belco Debit and/or Belco Credit account between March 1st and April 3rd, 2023. Bonus points will automatically be credited to your Belco Rewards balance by April 7, 2023. Other restrictions may apply. Do not use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) when paying for your purchases with your enrolled Visa card if you want to earn points for such purchases. Enrolled accounts are those that web register prior or during the promotion. Accounts that enroll during the promotion will not earn the associated points until they have successfully enrolled. Qualified home improvement purchases are defined as signature based debit and credit purchases posting within the promotional period with the following merchant category codes (MCCs):  5200 (home supply warehouse stores). 5251 (hardware stores), 5211 (lumber/building supply stores), 5231 (glass, paint, wallpaper stores), 5261 (lawn and garden supply stores), 5198 (paints, varnishes, and supplies stores), 5074 (plumbing and heating equipment), 5072 (hardware equipment and supplies), 5065 (electrical parts and supplies), 5039 (construction material). 2Only Qualifying Purchases with your enrolled Visa card can earn points. A “Qualifying Purchase” is any signature-based purchase, Internet purchases, phone or mail order purchases, bill payments, contactless purchases (purchases made by holding your Visa card or other device up to a secure reader instead of swiping your card), or small dollar purchases for which you are not required to sign, made with an enrolled Visa card, which is processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A. Inc. payment system. Do not use a personal Identification Number (PIN) when paying for your purchases with your enrolled Visa card if you want to earn points for such purchases. PIN-based purchases, purchases you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN, payments of existing card balances, balance transfers cash advances, ATM transactions, convenience checks, Interlink-processed transactions, fees charged by us (for example, annual fees, finance charges, and related services charges, if any apply), payments made for pre-paid and re-loadable cards, payments made for payment instruments that can readily be converted to cash (for example, money orders, wire transfers, and similar products or services), or transactions that are not processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A. Inc. payment system are not qualifying purchases. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether a particular Visa card transaction is a qualifying purchase.
